Summary: We partnered with startup company Nosh – the baby snack experts – to streamline their supply chain and better position them for growth. Nosh entered retail looking to disrupt the space and accelerate growth across multiple snack formats. We helped them launch their flagship product – Munchable Teethers – from product development all the way to delivery to their first large specialty retailer, Babies R Us. As parents and retailers fell in love with the memorable branding and fun snack, we managed demand planning and worked with Nosh to develop additional SKUs for retail. To meet their continued goals, we partnered to manufacture several organic baby snack food SKUs in a variety of formats and flavors, both domestically and internationally. With each SKU, we would manage their logistics, including customs clearance, distribution to mass retailers and fulfillment for individual customer ecommerce orders. In their first 3 years, Nosh grew to an impressive $5 million in revenue.
